What I Ate Wednesday

It’s hard taking photos of everything I eat!  I’m constantly grazing throughout the day.

Instead of sharing the 5 mega cups of coffee today, I’ll spare you and just show you the one.  I promise the other 4 looked just the same.

Breakfast (don't ask..):

Teddy Graham snack (multiple handfuls of course):

Lunch (avocado, pear, apple, and an un-pictured half bagel):

Pretzels, marshmallows, sunflower seeds X a bunch of handfuls:

I'll probably have another piece of fruit with a yogurt or some toast with jelly and cottage cheese.  Also on the agenda for the rest of my evening is a 5 mile run and some dinner.  I plan on having the same meal I had for breakfast with some brussels sprouts and broccoli.

Do you ever eat the same meal twice in one day?

- I do this constantly.  I become obsessed with a meal and will vary it a bit for weeks on end before I rotate it out.

  1. I have done that many times when I lived on my own. I used to eat the same thing all the time. It didn't ever bother me. Sounds like you are on a healthy path here and great snacking. I really should do the same. thanks for linking up to Share With Me #sharewithme
